We Are One

A Training for Unity

By using www.weareonetraining.org, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. If we make any significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting a notice of such changes on this privacy policy page.

We maintain strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of all inquiry or trainee information. We care deeply about protecting your privacy. For any concerns or questions you may have, please email contact@weareonetraining.org.

We will never spam you or give your personal information to anyone without your permission. Your contact details will be added to our database. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Your contact details are sent to The Oscar Ichazo Foundation for record keeping. This is limited to your name, city, state/province, country, and email address, and the fact of your participation in the We Are One, A Training for Unity. Graduates of the training may be invited to subscribe to mailing lists.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with a third party—especially your email addresses—without your express permission, unless required by law; with the exception of The Oscar Ichazo Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, which records our training participant information for enrollment purposes.

We will only access your personal information when:
● you specifically request us to do so
● it is required by law
● it is necessary to maintain our records

We receive all or a portion of the following information, depending upon whether you are an inquirer or training participant:

Personal: Name, City, State/Province, Country, Email Address, IP address

Credit card details are not retained, and we make use of third party financial services like PayPal. We do not have access to your credit card information.

We maintain one or more websites. When someone visits these sites we may use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify the visitor. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our websites.

If you would like a copy of the information about you held by us, or if you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
